• Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards.
• Effective redressed of all customer complaints and providing solutions.
• Educating customers about the product/Service.
• Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement.
• Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
