System Operations Support

• Windows NT,Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory,Exchange 5.5/2000/2003,Exchange Backup and Restore Blackberry Enterprise Server,Faxination,Outlook Clients,OWA,Good understanding of Group Policy,
• DNS,DHCP.
• Anti Virus software functioning,IIS, Scripting
• Technical degree (e.g. BE / B Tech or Diploma) and 2-3 years in a technical discipline
• Certification with MCSE 2003 in Messaging is preferred.
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Basic concepts of problem determination
• Creativity and analytical ability
• Knowledge about ITIL framework: Incident, Change and Problem management.
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic knowledge on desk-side support on Messaging client (e.g. MS Outlook, Outlook Express etc.)
