• Undergraduates / Graduates from any discipline.
• Good command over spoken English
• Good Computer skills.
• Exp in international outbound process would be added advantage.

Job Description:

• Making outbound calls for resolving queries/verification/sales
• Solving customer queries.
• Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
•  Good Communication skills
• Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
• Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
• Shift timing- 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm  + Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Walk In : Monday to Friday between 12 pm to 4 pm
