Job Description:

• Experience in voice-based technical support.
• Should have knowledge of troubleshooting in printer support services for clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be able to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support.
• Should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support for clients
• Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts.
• Provide customer support and Techincal issue resolution.
