  • Day Shift for Female candidates.

Job Description:

  • To resolve customer Complaints/Request.
  • Ensure Complaints/Requests are processed within the defined TAT
  • Resolution provided to the customer to be updated before closure of the Service Request
  • Responsible for doing RCA on the complaints
  • Accurate in doing bill simulations
