Job Profile:

To provide voice technical support on installing networking devices to address customer concerns and provide quality customer service.

Job Description:

• Handles inbound calls from D-Link clients on installing and troubleshooting their networking devices by identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions to help the client solve the problem
• Escalates 2nd Level concerns and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issues to the Team Captain to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to the customers.
• Escalates a call to a Team Captain/Supervisor in case a D-Link client requests for one
• Escalates a call to a TSS (L2) technician if the D-Link client requests for senior level technician
• Attends trainings for product orientation and call handling skills to improve quality of customer service.
