Job Profile

Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience with hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
  • Proficiency in Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, Apple),Word processing and spreadsheet applications (e.g. MS Office, Lotus)
  • Excellent Customer Service, Time management and Problem Solving skills

Job Description:

Client will provide training on the entire process, the overall approach and software (FTP) install, etc.
  • Contact (Call/Email) the 500 plus partner list, as assigned by team lead to assist with making a suitable product/service selection and migration to new product
  • Assist with set up in new software package (create account, mail box, perform testing of set-up and also test/validate for successful file/data exchange from Trading partner into the software on client end).
  • Independently and proactively, work with the partners to ably resolve queries and concerns.
  • Resolve requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a help desk management system.
  • Provide one-to-one end user problem resolution.
  • Track issues to resolution updating the internal knowledgebase and/or communicating learning’s with relevant business units.
  • Escalate more involved problems to the Project Lead.
  • Update daily and weekly status reports and shift handover reports.
  • Provide a single view to the organization for information technology related problems.
  • Partner with offshore and onsite team to consolidate FAQ’s.
