Job Description:

Urgent requirement for Application Support Executive

• Provide first level support to users to perform operations.
• Understand user’s issues and problems and suggest work around if possible.
• Escalate where necessary to Central support group.
• Coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
• Good knowledge of various Modules useful in Software Development and Software Maintenance
• Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
• Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in Passport Veva Kendras (PSK).
• Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.
