- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of .NET OR Desktop Support.
- Knowledge of installing windows operating system. Preferably certified in MCSA, MCITP, Microsoft Exchange Server, MCP, MCSE.
- Knowledge of packaging software’s like Install Shield, Wise packaging Studio, Appv will be an added advantage.
